‘The design for Sunshine development is inspired by nature and the sunshine itself in representing trees and birds hand carved on tiles. I wanted to stay away from seaside illustrations which I feel have been already beautifully executed around the island. Barks, woods and birds will work well in stoneware too because of the earthy shade of the glazes.’ Manon Jones, 2010
